She is a beautiful, show-quality little filly with long legs and neck. She has great bloodlines. Her dam is a Multiple Champion mare, siring a National Grand Champion colt in 2004. With her great looks and spirit, Lightnin Blue is destined to follow in her siblings' footsteps. She is beginning to gray out and will end up mostly or totally gray with vibrant blue eyes. She will carry the overo gene, however, passing color on to 50% of her foals when bred to a non-gray stallion. Lightnin Blue was 20-1/2" at birth and should mature in the 32-33" range.
